Subject: tud-org-intstud-snaps: Very important!! Extension of your residence permit and registration for the next academic year!
The International Office will organize special open hours to extend your residence permit, IPS insurance and registration for the academic year 2010-2011. If you come to these open hours your residence permit card will be available on June, 17th 2010.
These special open hours are for all NON-EU students and also for NON-EU students who started in February 2010!!
The special open hours will ONLY be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 29th of March until the 15th of April from 12.00 to 2.00 pm on Monday and Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30 to 2.00pm.
The extension costs are Euro 52,- to pay by pin, so bring your bankcard!
There are 3 steps to follow:
Step 1 – Choose your date and time
Please choose your date and time when you want to come to our special open hours on blackboard. Go to the group section and subscribe to the group that corresponds with the date and time on which you want to visit the special open hours. To do this follow the next instructions:
- Go to Organization “TUD International Students”
- Click on Tools in the menu on the left.
- On the next page click on Group Enrollment to.
- Select the group with the groupname which consists of date and time on which you want to come in and then enroll for it.
- Come in on the date and time which is mentioned in the group name.
Please mind to choose ONLY ONE option for date and time!
Step 2 – Appointment letter
You need to download the Extension Residence Permit Form 2010. You can find this form in the Information section of this Blackboard site. For this, click on Information in the menu on the left. Fill in the form and send AS AN ATTACHEMENT it to our email address: internationaloffice, please mention in subject; extension 2010.
Step 3 – Picking up new residence permit card
You have to collect your residence permit card in person at the Aula Congress Centre where the IND will hold office for one day on June, 17th 2010 from 9am to 4pm.
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL 3 STEPS!!!!!!!!!!
On these open hours we can not answer questions so if you have questions please send us an email or make an appointment with the International Office employee involved.
PLEASE NOTE: if you can’t come to our special open hours you have to extend your residence permit and apply for your registration for the next academic year yourself. Registration for the next academic year is obligatory. It will than take at least 3 months before your residence permit is ready.This procedure is time consuming for you and we can not provide you with any kind of help.
