You have to print (not double sided) the e-ticket and give it at the chek-in or during the journey to the eurolines staff or to the driver. Please be advised that without this e-ticket you can not travel!

Your payment is handled by Ogone Payment Service. You have received a separate email regarding your payment confirmation.

For changes and/or cancellations you have to contact our reservations department or Eurolines Shop at least 6 hours before departure (Promo ticket: until 48 hours before departure, Super Promo – not possible). Only in case of urgent matters, please contact our emergency number +31.(0)20.560.87.77. On this telephone number you can not book or change/cancel your ticket.
You are requested to check in at least 30 minutes before departure( in London and Paris 1 hour before departure).Please be advised that not all buses are carried out in Eurolines livery and also that the final destination of your coach might be different than your reserved final or transfer Eurolines destination. Please always enquire with the driver if his/her coach goes to your final or transfer destination.
