Extension of residence permit & registration at TU Delft 2009-2010

March 9 till March 20 2009

The International Office will organize
special open hours to extend your residence permit, IPS insurance and
registration for the academic year 2009-2010. If you come to these
open hours your residence permit card will be available in the 2nd
week of June.

These special open hours are for all NON-EU students and also for NON-EU students who started in February 2009!!

Starting on March 9 until March 20 from 9 am to 5 pm there are 4 steps to follow at the International Office:

Step 1: Pick up the student information form: You need to collect a student information form at the International Office, desk 5&6. Complete this form and return it at the desk. After returning this form take step 2.

Step 2: Pick up the appointment letter: You need to collect your appointment letter at the International Office desk 5&6. In
this letter you will find specific information and the date, time and
place of your appointment for extending your registration etc. The
appointment will be planned on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between
March 30 and April 17 between 12. am and 2. pm.

Step 3: Come to your appointment: the
time mentioned in your appointment letter is the ONLY opportunity to
arrange your extension with help of the International Office.

Step 4: Picking up new residence permit card: You
need to collect your residence permit card in person at the
International Office, where the IND will hold office for one day in the
second week of June 2009. We will inform you with the exact date and
time during the special open hours and via Blackboard.

Different arrangements are not possible!

During these
special open hours we cannot answer any other questions, so if you have
questions please send us an email or make an appointment with the
International Office employee involved.

PLEASE NOTE: if you cant come to our special open hours, or to the collecting date in June, you yourself must extend your residence permit and apply for your registration for the next academic year! Registration
for the next academic year is obligatory. It will then take at least 3
months before your residence permit is ready. This procedure is time
consuming for you and we cannot provide you with any kind of help.
