Subject: arrival in delft.doc

Dear Mr.Indra,

Very soon you will come to Delft and start your studies at our Technical University . We are looking forward to seeing you and we hope you feel the same.

You will be picked up by TU Delft colleagues from the gate when you arrive at Schiphol airport and you will then receive the key to your accommodation at our International Office Desk. We will then take you to Delft and you can move into your room straight away.

After you have settled in it will be time to meet the other students and participate in our Introduction Programme. The Introduction Programme will start on 25 August and end on 29 August.

The Introduction Programme will be a fun way for us to welcome you to Delft and help you on your way, but during these days you will also be registered as a TU Delft student and a citizen of Delft . You will also acquire a bank account, insurance policy and your first monthly scholarship payment.

You are scheduled for registration on 25-08-08 at 9:45.

This is your personal registration and it is obligatory. You have to be there on time and have every necessary document with you to go through the registration process without any problems. If you do not show up on time, we cannot register you.

We hope you have a pleasant journey to the Netherlands and we are looking forward to having you as a new student.

Kind regards, International Office TU Delft
